Club Promotion and Member Orientation

To promote our club and attract new members, we designed an official club poster that introduced the club’s purpose and activities. One of the posters was featured in the school newsletter, which helped increase awareness and student interest. Creating the promotional materials gave us an opportunity to work creatively as a team while learning how to effectively present ideas to the school community.

We held our first club meeting on September 30, and many students attended and signed up through Google Classroom. During the meeting, we explained the club’s goals, introduced several activities planned for the year, and discussed how members could become involved. We also organized a short Q&A session so students could ask questions and better understand the club’s vision. Through this experience, I gained valuable experience in teamwork, communication, and leadership.
